"Umbral" is a first person game that diver deep into story and narrative mixing in horror exploration and puzzles. You play as Mateus, a young guy who’s hit rock bottom and decides to end it all. But guess what? His difficulties don’t end there. Instead of finding peace, Mateus ends up in a place called Umbral which turns out to be even worse than his old life. In "Umbral," the story is influenced by Kardecist Spiritism and Umbanda, exploring what happens to Mateus's spirit on the other side. He’s stuck in a nightmarish realm, facing horrors and cruelties that make his previous world look like a walk in the park. Mateus just wanted a final rest but now he has to confront an even darker reality.
