Alright, so get this—parasitic mushrooms from space have invaded the Milky Way. And guess what? Humans are long gone, and now vegetables rule the Earth, so technically it shouldn’t be your problem, right? But surprise! Somehow, it totally is, and you're the one who's gotta stop the invasion. Yeah, go ahead and suspend that disbelief because you're about to get thrown into the middle of this madness. (We'd help, but we’re just a bunch of goofy developers who thought Neptune was a water planet full of Krakens. Oops, our bad!)
You’re joining the Aveggers aboard their trusty ship, the Soil-Trek, cruising around the solar system to snag some ancient human tech that’s apparently the key to taking down the big boss mushroom, Satanus Boletus—who, by the way, has set up camp on the freaking Sun. Oh, and you're also supposed to rip off a bunch of mushroom caps along the way. No pressure. You may also be interested in the game Scourge Of War - Remastered It’s not gonna be a walk in the park, though. As Carrotado, you’ve got some help from General Despotato, scientists Nicola Siesta and Garlic Ailstein, but watch out—your "favorite" mother-in-lawn and the spiritual Holy Broccoli might mess with your head. And, uh, no biggie, but the whole planet, led by president Abraham Lincorn, is counting on you. So... don’t screw it up, alright?
Look, we’re not aiming for a BAFTA with this story. Love it, hate it—who cares? Potato, tomato. You’re here for single-player mayhem in a wild, colorful world with an absolutely bizarre plot and a bunch of silly characters. You’ll be platforming across crazy planets, pew-pewing your way through enemies with upgradable weapons, and there’s even a split-screen co-op mode (yeah, grab a controller for that). And did we mention tons of pew pew? It’s third-person, got some story-driven cutscenes, and maybe... profit? Who knows. Just give it a shot, because we've got way more ideas cooking and could really use some support to make 'em happen!
