Alright, so Lycoris is this short but insanely good-looking third-person game that runs on Unreal Engine, and dude, the graphics are next level. Like, seriously ultra-realistic — the kind of stuff that makes you stop and just stare for a sec. It’s made by a solo dev from Miki Games, as kind of a thank-you follow-up to their first project OneMoreNight, which is pretty cool. Now, don’t expect some huge open-world story or anything. This isn’t a big narrative-driven game (at least not yet). It's more of a quick and intense experience with two main modes to mess around in.
First up, there’s Zombie Mode. Here, you just keep fighting off endless waves of enemies, and the goal is to survive all the way to wave 100. Yeah, it gets wild real quick. Then there’s Death Match Mode, which is more of a straight-up classic battle — you hop into a match, face off against someone, and may the best player win. There’s not a ton of content yet, so don’t go in expecting hours of gameplay — it’s more like a cool showcase of visuals and action packed into a small game. Oh, and just a heads up: no controller support. You’re gonna need to stick with mouse and keyboard for this one.
